General
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using any services offered through Pro Presence Posing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Pro Presence Posing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Services
Pro Presence Posing offers posing coaching and stage presence guidance for competitive bodybuilding athletes. Services include virtual sessions, in-person sessions, video submission reviews, monthly coaching packages, and add-on services as listed on the booking page.
All services are provided by Minhthy, founder of Pro Presence Posing.
All sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking page at calendly.com/minhthy-luuu. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Time slots are not held without payment.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or FaceTime for virtual sessions, and at a confirmed location for in-person sessions. Location details for in-person sessions will be provided after booking is confirmed.

BOOKING & SCHEDULING
Payment
All sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to services being rendered. Payment confirms your booking and secures your spot.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect sessions or packages already purchased.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once payment has been made, regardless of circumstances.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or credit issued.
No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refund, credit, or reschedule will be offered.
Cancellations by Pro Presence Posing: In the rare event that a session must be cancelled on my end, you will be offered a full reschedule or a full refund for that session.
