Every membership includes your allocated number of 30 minute virtual coaching sessions, access to your personal client portal with session recordings and notes, and video feedback (within 48hours) on practice submissions you send between sessions. Higher tiers include priority scheduling and faster video feedback turnaround

Once your membership is active you will be able to book your sessions through the booking calendar page like normal and select "use my plan" as payment. Sessions are first come first served on available slots so booking early in the month is recommended to secure your preferred times!

Yes! Unused sessions roll over to the following month automatically so you never lose time you have already paid for. There is a maximum of 10 sessions that can be held at any given time. Once you hit the cap new sessions will not accumulate until your balance drops below 10. As long as your membership stays active your sessions never expire. If you ever cancel your membership any remaining sessions will be valid for 90 days from your cancellation date.

If I ever need to cancel a session on my end you will receive a makeup session at no additional charge scheduled within the same billing period. Your time is valuable and I take that seriously!

You can upgrade your membership at any time and the new rate takes effect on your next billing date. Downgrades require at least 7 days notice before your next billing date and take effect the following month. You will continue to receive your current plan benefits until the end of the active billing period.

You can cancel at any time through your account on the site or by emailing minty@propresenceposing.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. All sales are final and no refunds are issued for partially used months.

You will need a stable wifi connection, a device with a camera, a tripod or something to prop your phone up so I can see your full body, and your competition suit or similar attire. Good lighting makes a big difference — natural light or a ring light works great. We meet via Google Meet and you will receive the link after booking!

There is no long term contract. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel anytime with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. The only commitment is to your own progress. 👑
