Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY | Pro Presence Posing | @mintyflexx BOOKING & DEPOSIT All sessions require a non-refundable $20 deposit to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. CANCELLATIONS Life happens! I completely understand. However, out of respect for both of our time, the following policy applies: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full credit of their deposit toward a rescheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session will forfeit their deposit with no refund or credit issued. The remaining session balance will not be charged for cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance. RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 12 hours before your session. Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated based on availability at no additional charge NO SHOWS If you do not show up to your scheduled session without any prior notice, you will be charged the full session amount. No exceptions. This applies to all session types including virtual and in-person. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible! Sessions will not be extended beyond the original scheduled end time out of respect for other clients. Your session will begin and end as scheduled, regardless of arrival time (I will only accommodate and extend your time if there are no other scheduled clients).
